Tectonic Wave vs Pangea

Image
GONDWANA   https://en.wikipedia.org/ wiki/Gondwana#/media/File:Gondwana_ 420_Ma.png The theory of Pangea or Gondwana is the accepted theories because the continents appear to fit just like a puzzle. It visibly looks like the two continent belong together, and the continents simply moved apart. The Tectonic Plate theory, speculates that the plates moved like one solid plate so when they broke apart they retained their shapes. What makes it more compelling is the crust of South America materials someone match the material of the continent of Africa. All this makes these theories believable, and simplifies the current shapes of the continents.  https://www.vibgyorpublishers.org/ content/ijesg/ijesg-3-011-001.gif However with current GPS tracking of the crust material we know that the crust moves, it flexes and does not always moves in the same directions. This begs the question, why would the crust material maintain the same shape it had when it broke from the other co...

Glacier or Tectonic Tearing?

Image
The Finger Lakes system is located in the State of New York. “The geological term “finger” lake refers to a long, narrow lake in an over deepened glacial valley, while the proper name Finger Lakes goes back to the late 19th century. Cayuga and Seneca Lakes are among the deepest in the United States. Currently, the oldest known published use of finger lakes for this group of 11 lakes is in a United States Geological Survey paper by Thomas Chamberlin. 1” With one of the deepest lakes being over 600 feet deep. Google Maps - Finger Lakes This idea that the glacial activity is responsible for carving the Great Lakes and the Finger Lakes doesn’t explain how the glaciers actually dredge the material. Glaciers flow down and over objects and the glacier flow scraps away and carries material with them, but they do not dredge material. When glaciers retreat, it is a melting process, not an actual reverse movemen...

Magnus Polus

Magnus Polus Tom Wassa 3/10/17 Imagine a great continent located at the North Pole, covered by two miles of snow and ice for hundreds of thousands of years. A continent with a landmass so large, that it would influence the Earth's temperature by reflecting vast amounts of the sun’s rays from the Earth’s crust. Through the forces of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, this great continent would be pulled apart and give birth to the continents of Asia, Europe, and North America. The theory of Magnus Polus departs from the theory of Pangea. It counters to the idea of an Ice Age. It’s a paradigm shift that’s the foundation to the Tectonic Wave Theory. A theory that explains the movement of crust material, that simplifies the existence of geography features on Earth today. As the great continent of Magnus Polus journeys across the North Pole, it accumulates more snow and ice at the center, separating the continent by an impenetrable barrier of two mile high glaciers, with subzero temperatures. The ...
